The account details and payment deadline are provided in the order confirmation. Fulfilment begins after the full amount has been credited.<\/p>\n<h2>Shipping<\/h2><ul><li>Insured courier delivery within Poland \u2014 the cost and estimated delivery time are provided before the order is placed and depend on the dimensions, framing and method of protecting the artwork.<\/li><li>Personal collection \u2014 after the date and place have been agreed in advance.<\/li><li>Artworks are packaged with regard to their technique, surface, framing and susceptibility to damage.<\/li><\/ul><p>If the packaging is visibly damaged, we recommend taking photographs and preparing a damage report with the courier. This is not a condition for making a complaint, but it helps establish what happened in transit.<\/p>\n<h2>Withdrawal from the purchase of a ready-made artwork<\/h2><p>A consumer, and an individual entrepreneur entitled to consumer protection under Polish law, may withdraw from a contract concerning a ready-made painting or photograph within 14 days of receiving the artwork, without giving a reason.<\/p><p>The withdrawal statement should be sent to <a href=\"mailto:sawicka@sawickaagnieszka.com\">sawicka@sawickaagnieszka.com<\/a> or by post to: ZuKi Creative Studio Agnieszka Sawicka, ul. Rumiankowa 13, 92-701 Kalonka, Poland.<\/p><p>The artwork must be returned within 14 days of submitting the statement. The buyer bears the direct return cost. The artwork should be protected appropriately for its nature; tracked and insured delivery is recommended.<\/p>\n<h2>Commissioned and personalised works<\/h2><p>The right of withdrawal does not apply to non-prefabricated work made to the buyer&#8217;s specifications or intended to meet the buyer&#8217;s individual needs. This includes, for example, an artwork created on commission or a print produced in a specially agreed format or frame. The mere fact that a ready-made artwork is unique, signed or part of a limited edition does not exclude the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n<h2>Complaints<\/h2><p>A complaint concerning an artwork&#8217;s conformity with the contract may be submitted by email or post. It is helpful to provide the order number, describe the issue and state the expected remedy. Photographs may help us deal with the matter more quickly, but they are not compulsory.<\/p><p>The Seller will respond to a consumer complaint within 14 days.
